What do I need to book to ensure my trip is secure?

After securing the rental and dates with us, your only other job is to find a camping resort and book your site. When booking make sure your site accommodates a 35' travel trailer with 1 slide out. A 50 amp service is required for the RV to connect. 

Are linens and pillows included?

Linens and pillows are NOT included unless adding the linens and pillow package add-on at check-out. Please note that the pillow and linen packages are two separate packages. There is an optional linens package and an optional pillow package. If a renter purchases the pillow package, these pillows are for the renter to take home if they wish, as pillows aren't reused per guests because pillows can be difficult to sanitize. Pillow cases are provided with the linen package alongside someone purchasing the pillow package and must be removed and stay with the RV if you have purchased pillows and will be taking them with you.

Do you deliver? 

We ONLY offer delivery, set-up and tear down. We do not offer towable options at this time for guests. Delivery and Set-up includes: leveling, slide out, water, sewer, and electric hook-up. There is a delivery fee that is required at check-out for $125 up to 25 miles.

What are the dimensions of the dinette bed and pull-out couch?

Is Wi-Fi included with the RV?

Wi-Fi is not connected to the RV. Majority of camp-sites all offer guest Wi-Fi options. The TV's in the RV can be connected to the camp-sites Wi-Fi to access popular streaming apps. If Wi-fi is necessary for your camping trip, make sure to contact your camp-site before booking to confirm that they offer on-site guest Wi-Fi services. 

How many people can sleep comfortably in the RV?

The RV will sleep 8 adults comfortably. If you have more children that you need sleeping arrangements for, the dinette does make a bed as well and can sleep two smaller adults or more children. If the linens package is purchased or pillows package, please keep in mind that these will only provide linens and pillows for up to 8 people max per request. 

What is your pet policy? 

Dogs are the only pets we allow in the RV. We require a $50 fee per dog that is staying in the RV. 

Are we covered with renters insurance in the case of accidental damages? What about the security deposit?

Our renters will be expected to pay a refundable security deposit which covers the deductible amount needed for insurance claims to take over as well as any other violation expenses that could occur. The security deposit will also cover any other items that were violated in the rental agreement. The insurance protection plan is included at check-out and is provided through RVnGo.

Is cable included with the RV?

There is a cable antennae attached to the top of the RV which will provide guests with all of the local channels. A coax cable can be connected upon request free of charge which will supply you with all of the channels that the camp site offers. 

What is a SRA and do I need to sign one to rent the RV? 

An SRA (Supplemental Rental Agreement) must be signed by the renter before they can rent the camper. Please reach out if you would like to review the SRA before booking. 

Are there any extra booking fees that we need to be aware of? 

There is a prep fee included which includes preparation of the RV, making sure it is completely sanitized and restocked, as well as the cost of the items that are included in your rental, such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and cleaning supplies. The prep fee is $100.

There is a tank sanitation and propane fee of $75, which includes dumping and cleaning out the tanks,  as well as re-filling of the propane tanks.

Cancellation Policy

​

  • Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, so long as at least 14 days remain before the trip begins.

  • If cancelled more than 60 days prior to the start date of the trip:

    •  Refunded

      • 100% of the booking total

    • Not refunded

      • The service fee, including tax

  • If cancelled more than 30 days prior to the start date of the trip:

    • Refunded​

      • 85% of the booking total​

    • Not refunded

      • The service fee, including tax​

  • If cancelled more than 14 days prior to the start date of the trip:

    • Refunded​

      • 75% of the booking total​​​​​

      • The service fee, including tax​

  • If cancelled less than 7 days prior to the start date of the trip:

    •  Refunded

      • 50% of the booking total, including tax
